All sales from any outlet are channeled through a single sales order processing system, simplifying handling, invoicing and dispatch. e-Trackit uses a modular approach to give a flexible, well-proven system which can be tailored to your needs and grow with them. The two key modules are Real Time Logging and Sales Order Processing. Real Time Logging (RTL) This controls information from your shops, shopping channels, web sites, warehouse and office. As sales are made, information is updated instantly at all locations. So, for example, zero stock items can be prevented from displaying on online channels and reinstated when stock is replenished. Sales Order Processing (SOP)
Details from the RTL are passed to the SOP module on your office PCs, wherever they are. Mail order sales can also be input via a PC terminal. Regardless of sales channel, the same process is then used, making it easy for staff to understand and avoiding the need for new instructions when you add a channel. Extended capability You can extend the capability of Office with modules for specific requirements or retail sectors Purchase Orders will keep your stock levels at the optimum level, and can automatically suggest order quantities, based on Min/Max levels. Once an order is placed, it is a simple operation to book the goods in and update stock levels. Hand Held Data Terminals can also be used to speed up this process. Forward Orders is ideal for clothing retailers ordering new season stock in advance of delivery, Customer profile generates information for targetting your customers in a very focused way, Links can be supplied to “off the shelf” Accounts packages, Replenishment updates stock from your warehouse to shops, Hire is designed for clothing retailers with additional hire business, Kits module to handle stock control of groups of products bundled as special offers. Hardware e-Trackit will run on any reasonably specified PC/Server. Multiple PCs can be networked together or operated remotely from anywhere you choose, wherever you are in the world using a broadband connection.
