  • Point of Sale
  • Stock Management
  • Client Information and Accounting
  • E-Commerce including web and other shopping channels
  • Warehouse Management
  • Merchandising

Point of Sale
We have provided Point of Sale systems for over 15 years, moving from keyboard based systems through to fully integrated touch screen tills, operating in a real time environment, linking between shops, warehouse and e-commerce channels. Amongst our many customers are clothing, sportswear, DIY, Cook shops, Gift shops, Footwear, Equestrian, Garden centres, Tile and building centres, School uniform shops, Jewellers, Model shops, Lighting shops and many more.
The simple process of capturing the sale is just the start with functions to look up stock at other locations, collect customer details, sell gift cards, provide a loyalty points incentive smart card, and other incentives to retain and “bring back” the customer.

Stock Management
As a retailer (with or without point of sale) the main platform to manage your business is an up to date picture of stock levels, allowing you to transfer stock around, re-order items based on sales or min/max levels, in the knowledge that you are optimising your buying based on accurate stock levels. The e-Trackit system keeps you in control of this vital function.

Client accounting
Retailers who offer credit to their customers, such as DIY, Tile and Equestrian shops, need simple and straightforward software to control their accounts, often at different prices to their retail side, providing consolidated invoices and statements. For retailers who would like to continue using proprietary third party accounts software, we can automatically link into certain packages such as Sage and Quickbooks.

E-Commerce
A growing number of retailers are selling on the web, both with their own web site and with shopping channels such as eBay. The real problem is managing the stock where there are several channels, and the complex hard work in managing the same product across these channels, some of which could be at different prices. this is a daunting prospect. e-Trackit provides a simple and flexible process to do this, all contained within the one central database held on your PC/Server, and you can also automatically remove the product from the web site and shopping channels if no stock exists.

Warehouse management
If you use a warehouse to hold stock, e-Trackit provides sophisticated replenishment routines and central stock reordering modules to handle the receipt of stock to the warehouse and for onward transfer to each shop. This is done with a full knowledge of stock and sales figures, broken down by location, with suggestions as to which items to transfer.  Alternatively, you can also use hand held terminals to record transfers which have been “manually” picked. Full audit trails of these movements and transfer notes are provided.

Merchandising
This optimises the stock you have, be it in a warehouse or across one or more shops. You view products (with sizes and colours if required) and move these items from one location to another, creating pick lists for the shops or warehouse. From the various sales reports, you can view you stock levels, margin, sell through and make informed decisions about what to buy and at what cost.
